Kraaifontein RC Tracks held its first official racing events in 2008, with its primary goals been to create a facility in the Western Cape with multiple tracks and promote radio control cars as a sport and social event for the whole family… while also creating a facility that caters for different types and sizes of RC cars, powered by battery, nitro or petrol.
Our tracks have been designed so that 10th, 8th, & 5th scale RC cars can all be raced on both our tarred on-road circuit track and off-road multi surface track. Besides RC car racing this RC facility also caters for RC Crawling on our two crawler tracks, RC flying of electric planes and helicopters, as well as electric RC boating on the Dam.
Radio controlled car riding/racing, is as much a hobby as it is a sport, which both young and old can partake in, as it is not a physical sport.
So come and join us… or support another local RC facility in your area… as it is Great Fun for All…
